Cleaning Out the Junk Drawer:
You know that drawer that we all have...the one where we throw all the stuff we don't want to deal with at the moment? Well this workshop will be like cleaning out that drawer in our practice. We'll definitely cover chakrasana this Saturday, and whatever else you guys want to cover - postures, vinyasa counts, you name it. If we can't get to it all in this one day, I'll schedule another session later in May.
