Students often ask if there are exercises or workouts that will help them in their practice. The truth is that everything is already there in the practice, but some movements or postures don’t come as easily or naturally, and some extra insight can be helpful in putting them together.
This workshop will cover a variety of exercises - some to build strength and some to support flexibility in the body. Shoulders and hips will be covered, as well as the core, and any other areas that students need extra help.
