Join Stacy Ingham for a led practice through the first half of Primary Series (through navasana) and the first half of Intermediate Series (through ardha matsyendrasana). Modifications and instructions will be given as needed. Students do not need to be practicing Intermediate Series in order to attend. This is a great way to see what’s coming up for those practicing Primary Series :-)
